For a quick, easy and delicious meal look no further than this! A moreish bowl of creamy pasta with the gentle flavour of fresh basil running through it.

This is a great dish for a quick weeknight meal. Homemade pesto is a delight. Not an E number in sight, the taste is so fresh and vibrant. The ribbons of tagliatelle pick up all the fresh flavours whilst the sausages add a lovely homeliness.

Strands of tagliatelle are coated in the oil released from gorgeous lightly fried chorizo. Next you add in a big whack of richness from cream cheese and freshness from chopped parsley. The end result - an easy, cheap meal for any night of the week.

The epitome of moreish, this cold pasta salad is all about two big flavours - crispy smoked bacon and fresh, tangy spring onion. Everything is bound together with creamy mayo and mature cheddar cheese to create a delicious dish that's far more than a side salad.

This is a lovely rich, creamy dish that's packed with flavour and really easy to make. By blending half the mushrooms, you get your very own mushroom sauce but still retain enough mushroom chunks to bite on.

This dish not only tastes amazing and is incredibly cheap, but it also only takes 9 minutes to cook and serve. The silky texture of the chicken livers and fresh pasta works so well with the crispy bacon lardons.

This dish is perfect for a weeknight after work. There's hardly any preparation and the whole dish takes just 10 minutes to cook.

Lasagne is such a popular dish, made evident by how many restaurants serve it! I prefer vegetarian lasagne as the meat is never the star of the show anyway. The best bit is surely the delicious sauce?! Made properly, lasagne should have three sauces - fresh tomato, rich white and creamy cheese.

This looks like a dish you'd be served in a fancy restaurant but is really nice and easy to do. This recipe combines melt in the mouth goats cheese and poppy seeds with the lovely warm flavour of rosemary, all complemented by a rich and fluffy mushroom foam.

This is the ultimate in moreish pasta. Lovely fresh tagliatelle coated in a creamy sauce that's infused with fresh sage and a big whack of parmesan. Add in a couple of juicy pork chops and you have a recipe that looks great, tastes great and is super easy.

This week's newsletter recipe is for my Tangy Lamb Tagine. This is a great dish packed with flavour - all you have to do is throw a bunch of ingredients in a pot and let them cook for a couple of hours and the result is magic! Slow cooked lamb shoulder, with the sweetness of apricot and the gentle heat of cayenne pepper - this dish will warm up your senses in no time.
